Questions about using the directory, coverage, claims, and listing tiers. We don't publish plumbing prices or business credentials here — contact providers directly.
- Is this a plumbing company?
- No. This is an independent directory operated by Bamboo Grove Workshop. It is not a plumbing company, and it does not route leads, match service requests, or book jobs. Homeowners contact listed providers directly.
- What areas does the directory cover?
- Greater Indianapolis. 'Serves an area' means a provider offers service there — not that their office is located there. You can filter by area served.
- How are listings ordered?
- Enhanced listings appear first, then free listings. Within each group, listings are alphabetical by business name. Payment is not an independent quality endorsement, and cards do not carry paid, featured, enhanced, or verification badges.
- What does 'emergency availability' mean?
- It indicates whether a provider offers emergency water heater service — not that they are open right now. Listings marked 'Unknown' never appear in emergency-only results. Contact the provider directly to confirm availability.
- What is the difference between a free and an enhanced listing?
- A free listing shows a public card with your business name, click-to-call phone, and website. An enhanced listing ($99/year, auto-renewing) adds priority placement, your logo, an individual profile with description, services, areas, hours, emergency availability, photos, external review links, and two included audits.
- How do I claim a listing?
- If your business is already listed, open its card and request ownership. Submitting a claim does not grant ownership — the operator reviews and approves it. Payment is not proof of ownership.
- What are the included audits?
- Each enhanced listing includes one Google Business Profile audit and one online visibility audit, both performed manually by the operator. They are a one-time included benefit, not a recurring service or an automated audit.
- What happens if I cancel an enhanced listing?
- Canceling stops future renewal. Enhanced access continues through your paid-through date. After that, your listing returns to the free card, the enhanced profile is unpublished, and its content is retained privately. Ownership and account access are preserved.
